Here, wines tend to be fuller and more robust but still retaining a vibrant acidity12 months ageing on its lees in oak barrels have added real depth to this wine, giving it a creamier, fuller texture overlaying the smoky minerality. Aromas of sun-baked limestone, buttery green apples and honeyed citrus. The palate delivers on the flavours promised by the nose, with a generously long finish.
