Il Borro Chardonnay Lamelle 2016
Quite intense nose but quite untypical for Chardonnay with notes of limestone, a lot of citrus fruit, fresh grass, some fruit drops, nuances of butter in the end.
Intense and dry, fresh and rigorous taste with quite perfect balance, high acidity and mineral nuances, rather long finish with nice bitterness of apricot kernel, medium+ body! Very harmonious!
What a "odd" chardonnay in a very positive sence. Light, zesty, mineraly and fresh without and heavy oaky and buttery tones.
