Our Pinot Blanc is made specifically to be a great match with seafood and shellfish. It's mostly stainless steel-fermented with just enough barrel-fermented wine to broaden the mid palate a bit and achieve what we think is a perfect balance. All of our barrels are used, so there are no oak aromas or flavors evident in the wine. It's all about fruit and minerals and great acidity. -
Pale straw-lemon in color, this Pinot Blanc offers exuberant aromas of lemon peel, ripe apricots and a hint of white flowers. Balanced on the palate with vibrant acidity perfectly complemented by well-rounded softness and medium body, this wine offers more dimension than one might expect from a Pinot Blanc, and the finish continues to unfold into layered notes of citrus, stone fruit and white pepper.
