A touch tropical, our Chardonnay is crisp and clean, bright with balanced acidity, that lets the signature lemon-lime and a touch of apple flavors of Monterey shine through.
In a glass, the wine is very clear, and a straw colored yellow. It has a light, tropical fruit nose, that becomes more present as the wine warms slightly. For the palate, wine is layered, with a crisp top layer, a strong tropical fruit core, and a very slight creaminess on the bottom. The acidity is refreshing and moderate, and carries through to the finish.
