The 2016 G by Alex Guarachi checks in as 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, and the rest Merlot that spent two years in barrel. It offers loads of jammy blackberries, blueberries, scorched earth, and hints of ground pepper (no doubt from the Syrah) to go with a plump, sexy, rounded style on the palate.
