Fleshy on the palate with juicy tannins providing the foundations for a complex fruity profile, dominated by cherry and spices. A world class wine with a long, persistent finish.

A hearty Greek beef stew 'stifado-mosharaki', a roasted wild boar of Mainalon, a traditional rooster with noodles and tomato sauce, hard and matured 'Graviera' cheese of Tripolis. Served at 16 - 18 °C.
