At sight, the wine obtained is intense and bright golden yellow. On the nose, it is elegantly expressed on nuances of honey, ripe yellow fruit, flowers and aromatic herbs, with a strong mineral note.
On the palate, the wine relaxes with wonderful structure and tension on notes of dried fruit, honey and wax. Suitable for pairing with foie gras, Pekingese lacquered duck, aged cheeses and exotic fruit. Great aging potential.
