Givry Premier Cru blanc "Crausot" is a fairly rare wine, because the soils are rather used by pinot noir. This pure white wine with salty aromas will be perfect to accompany your aperitifs. It is one of the most beautiful whites in the appellation. The François Lumpp estate is internationally recognized for the rigor of its wines by numerous guides and starred restaurants. His wines are becoming as rare as they are sought after.
Great smoothness on the palate but also lots of freshness and liveliness, the finish is surprisingly long. Aromas of white flowers, blond tobacco, caramel, cloves and vanilla.
