This too is relatively firmly reduced and impossible to accurately evaluate. On the plus side there is a markedly finer mouth feel with evident minerality to the rich and full-bodied flavours that possess solid if not truly special depth and length on the delicious finish. This is a bit less elegant than usual but it too should drink well young.
As might be reasonably expected this is notably more elegant with its white orchard fruit, rose petal and discreet sandalwood-inflected aromas. There is lovely detail and intensity to the lightly stony medium weight flavors that possess lovely balance if only average complexity.
Ideal with fish, seafood and shellfish in sauce, white meat but also goat cheese. It can also accompany an entire meal.
