Aromas of ripe citrus fruit, spices and honeycomb introduce the 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Village, a medium to full-bodied, rich and gourmand wine with a fleshy core of fruit, succulent acids and nice balance for the near to medium-term.

Pungent aromas of petrol, resin, rosemary oil and citrus precede the juicy, succulent and fleshy medium weight flavors that possess fine mid-palate volume before terminating in a balanced and delicious finale. This relatively forward effort isn't refined though it stops short of being rustic.
