Dark straw in color, the aromas have a buoyant and weightless quality, with buttery/honeyed scents of apple, pear, lemon/lime, vanilla and spice. Medium to full bodied, with dashes of chalk and spice and an open knit structure, balance is very good.
Flavors of apple, pear, lemon/lime, vanilla, lees, and mineral have very good concentration and an easy going elegance. The finish is open knit, lightly tart and spicy, with very good length .
