Finca La Florencia Torrontes 2015

Franco's Annotations:   Straw yellow with greenish reflections, Inebriating scents and aromas of grapefruit, melon, tropical fruit and litchi. Freshness and minerality make the background and support to these flavors. Good balance and persistence on the palate.

Vineyard:  Valle de Famatina, La Rioja. Located at 1000 meters above sea level.

Soil composition:  Alluvial with arenous texture

Grape variety:  Torrontes 100%

Collection:  Manual 18 kg plastic cassette.

Vinification:  The must obtained by pressing the grapes is cooled and inoculated with selected yeasts. After fermentation remains in contact with the yeast sediments to improve palate and texture. The wine is then filtered before bottling.
