The 2018 Fess Parker Santa Barbara Chardonnay opens up with a straw color. Aromas of delicious golden apple, pear, pineapple, honey, graham cracker, almond, and vanilla exude from the glass into the nose.
The palate rounds out with bursts of citrus, lemon cream, green apple, pear, toasty oak, vanilla, and mineral.
Aromas of apple flesh, ripe pear, brioche and yellow grapefruit on the nose. The palate is crisp with citrus yet broad with fresh Gravenstein and Gala apple flavors.
