DESCRIPTION
An all but mute nose requires aggressive swirling to liberate aromas of white flowers, citrus rind and poached pear. The beautifully refined if only moderately dense medium weight flavors brim with minerality that adds a lovely sense of lift to the nicely long and layered finale. This is perhaps not quite as vibrant as the best in the range though it's by no means flat.
The most aromatic and sweetly perfumed nose so far. Silky candied crystallized sugar fruit, with lots of stony minerality and quite long, vanilla bean quite flavors that linger on the palate. Star fruit and anise on the finish.
