This crisp, refreshing Riesling is the dry counterpart to the fruity, off-dry Dr. L Riesling. Together, these two wines represent the entry-level from Dr. Loosen, capturing the elegant and racy characteristics of steep, slate-soil Mosel vineyards at a very reasonable price. We call them our “welcome to the Mosel” wines.
A little stunner, this new product from Loosen reflects modern trends towards German Rieslings that are delicately dry. A companion to Loosen's celebrated standard DR L - which is off-dry - this version is totally dry, fresh and mineral.
