Medium to full bodied, fresh, with good balance and length. Fresh fruit forward with plums and blackberries, flowers and spices. A long and persistent finish. Deep ruby red color. Floral aromas complemented by scents of brambly red and black fruit and peppery spice. The wine is medium to full-bodied with flavorsome plum and cherry flavors. Good balance between the fruit and acidity. Although ready for immediate consumption, this wine will continue to develop very favorably in the bottle for one to two years

 A first rate Douro blend of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and a bunch of other native grapes, makes any night special with generous cake spices black fruits and some crisp juicy acidity to finish it off. Excellent with turkey a la king over pasta.
