Made from 100% Pinot Grigio from the Collio region of Friuli. The grapes were harvested in fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature-controlled conditions. The wine remained in tank until it was bottled in March/April.
The aromas of this Pinot Grigio are reminiscent of peaches and apples.
