A distinctly earthy and sauvage-inflected nose is composed mostly of dark currant and plum scents. The relatively concentrated and muscular broad-shouldered flavors possess outstanding intensity with ample minerality emerging on the powerful, focused and impressively long finish.
As is typically the case with this wine it's very tightly wound and should have no difficulty rewarding extended keeping. Worth considering.
