The Savigny les Beaune 1er Cru "Les Lavières" is a supple, feminine and quite colorful wine. It develops aromas of red fruit flesh as well as spicy notes. Its tannins are elegant.
It is recommended for fine and light dishes based on red or white meats, and delicate cheeses. For example, a lamb simply roasted garnished with some small vegetables early.
