Domaine Louis Jadot Clos Vougeot 2015

The 2015 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru has an expressive nose with red cherry, cranberry and strawberry fruit, a feminine bouquet with neatly integrated new oak. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, quite tensile in the mouth with a slightly pinched, compact finish that should broaden out once it has completed its élevage.

As youthfully imploded as this wine is, it can't hide its thickness of texture. Pair it with Duck, goose and game birds.
