Domaine Henri Gouges Bourgogne 2017

This may be the entry level from Henri Gouges, but as you’d expect from such a highly regarded name, this tastes anything but ordinary. Unlike the estate’s famously ageworthy Grands Crus, this is made to enjoy young and over the next few years.

Lively aromas of bright cherry, damson and redcurrant. Floral hints. Juicy, supple red fruits with firm, yet silky tannins.
