It’s rich fruit flavors on the palate and refreshing acidity give this wine a balanced and generous structure. It possesses this single vineyard’s signature white pepper and jalapeño notes.
The winemaking: 3 months in stainless steel with a cool, slow fermentation.
Grapefruit and gooseberry fruit with hints of jalapeño and white pepper. Bright acidity with great aromas of citrus and a crisp appetizing finish.
