IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

Red wine robust and important, with a complex aromatic bouquet of ripe fruit and violet, elegant, austere and beautiful persistence, aged for 24 months in barrique. Subdued aromas of cedar, coconut and mocha lead the nose while the raw palate offers dried black cherry, licorice and oak extract. Assertive close-grained tannins create an abrupt finish.

With an intense ruby red color tending towards garnet, it has a clear and elegant bouquet of ripe red fruit, blackberries and raspberries on the nose, on a background of spices, dark chocolate, liquorice, and coffee. With a warm, intense and enveloping taste, of great structure, persistent, it goes perfectly with roast or stewed red meats, game and aged cheeses.
