IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
The northern part of Beaujolais is divided into ten "Crus," the smallest of which is known as Chénas. Christophe Pacalet's Chénas bottling, made from Gamay, is a touch gamey, with pure aromas of freshly crushed mixed berries.
Lean, bright, focused red fruit that's a little bit earthy. Fresh enough to drink on a hot summer day but with a flavor profile that can't help but remind you of autumn. Super food-friendly and relentlessly quaffable.
