Chateau Thivin Cote de Brouilly Cuvee Zacharie 2020

Very nice deep red color, aroma of very ripe blackcurrant, blackberry fruits, round and warm mouth with lots of spices. This wine is currently still a little young although already very pleasant, and offers a aging potential of 10 years.

It is an excellent wine to accompany a nice beef in sauce or grilled and game. The marriage with Comté and Beaufort as well as goat cheeses is very successful.
