Chateau de Lascaux Rosé Garrigue begins with pleasant aromas of cherry, berry, a little tomato plant and light garrigue notes just like the name suggests. Tasting the wine reveals a fresh and delicious dry rosé with a zippy mouthfeel. Light-bodied and with good acidity, the fruit turns a bit tart with lemon, lime, orange peel and more.
A little white pepper as well as some chalky minerality lead into the dry finish which features some lingering berry and lime notes with a touch of tropical fruit. This is a really excellent dry rosé!
