More interesting are the seductively textured and lush medium weight flavors that possess a classy and refined mouth feel that includes a hint of minerality that becomes more prominent on the precise, saline and strikingly persistent finale.
This is like chewing on crushed grapes. Finishes with outstanding mounting length. Cournut finds the Grandes Ruchottes more vibrant than this wine but both samples went straight to my third eye. As with the Grandes Ruchottes, Cournut has three barrels of this wine.
