Bio wine made of Rousanne 65%, Marsanne 20%, grennache 15%. Color brillant yellow. Nose of peache and minerality. Mouth refreshing, fruity
It is quite special eco white wine, scent of almonds or butter, almost a little reddish-like in the mouth, though with some fermented toast and apricot feeling, probably good for some scallop and butter, but lacking a little on the front of the tongue. Weird white with red wines grapes. Off dry, tropical nose and very mineral.
