Chanson Pere & Fils Beaune Blanc Clos des Mouches 2019

This is a wine with lovely ripeness, white pear flesh filling out the middle, then extending long into the finish. That initial promise is fulfilled as the wine develops, powerful and gracious, its elastic tension suddenly giving way to a flood of pale, rich fruit.

Gold color. Subtle floral fragrances mixed with citrus fruit aromas on a hint of minerality. Fleshy and bright on a tight texture. Deep and long finish with salty tinges.
