Rossana is a beautiful planting on the outskirts of Alba, historically recognized as one of the best areas for Dolcetto. This variety allows production of quintessential everyday wines, those that best match the dishes of the rustic Piedmontese cuisine. It exhibits a classic winemaking approach, capable of enhancing the primary characteristics of this wonderful grape. The exclusive use of steel in the winemaking process does not affect the bouquet, which remains pure and pleasantly vinous, and the particular attention in maceration, deliberately brief, is designed to limit the exuberance of tannins (which are vigorous for Dolcetto).
