Celler Pardas Rupestris 2022

It's wines like this that are redefining what Penedes is capable of. This region, best known for producing Cava, has broadened its horizons to craft exceptional still wines and Celler Pardas is leading the charge. 'Rupestris' is a blend of native varieties Xarel.lo and Malvasía de Sitges (which is often compared to Riesling). The result is a crisp, yet textured white with moreish notes of ripe pear, lemon and gun smoke. 

Rupestris evokes images and flavours that remind us of the strength of stone, the purity of the earth and everything primitive, rustic, wild, ancestral and authentic.
