Buehler Vineyards Chardonnay 2015

Balance and proportion best describe the character of our 2015 Russian River Chardonnay; it displays abundant floral/ stone fruit aromas lightly accented by toasty, graham cracker sur-lie qualities. The mouth feel is creamy and full but the natural acidity of the Russian River fruit carries this velvet textured package to a long, clean finish.

This wine is sourced from the Wood Vineyard along the appellation’s Eastside Road, a relatively warm location that adds rich lemon chiffon and graham cracker to the whole. Creamy and velvety on the palate, it remains lush on the finish, tasting of baked peach pie.

A stylish effort, with ripe, juicy pear, melon, citrus and mineral notes. Medium- to full-bodied and long, lingering on the finish." Pair this wine with seafood, assorted cheeses, and other light fare.
