IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
This wine is a great match with pork or duck and its underlying earthiness will lend well to dishes based around mushrooms. The 2012 vintage won a Bronze Medal at the International Wine Challenge 2015. The IWC is accepted as the world's finest and most meticulously judged wine competition.
Tasting Notes: Presenting dark cherry and blueberry aromas with delicate floral undertones and subtle hints of mocha and smoky oak.
Pinot Noir pairs well with salmon or tuna and meaty white fish, lean red meats, duck, turkey, and fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme.
