Pale straw with green highlights. Fruit driven with lovely aromas of white fruits (peach, pineapple, carambola), as well as delicate flinty notes. Good balance between fruit and flinty. A nice and refreshing finish.

To be enjoyed as aperitif, smoked fish, Asian dishes, creamy cheese. Best served between 8°C and 10°C/ 46°F and 50°F.
