Vinaceous Shiraz Snake Charmer 2016

Deep purple and vivid in color with bright hues and lifted aromas of berries and spice. Intense black fruits, dark chocolate and mocha across mid palate; rich, layered and textural and finishes with soft, long and silky tannins.

The grapes were hand harvested and opened fermented with 10% whole bunches. They were then hand plunged for eight to 12 days in one and two tone open fermenters, then gently basket pressed into new 25% oak barrels (French and American) to finish fermentation. Maturation took place for 14 to 16 months in the same oak.
