Villa Papiano Romagna Sangiovese Modigliana Riserva I Probi di Papiano 2016 (Case only)

Appearance: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections, showing some intensity and depth, typical of a well-aged Sangiovese.

Nose: Complex and inviting aromas of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and dark plums, interwoven with notes of dried roses, violets, and a touch of earthy forest floor. Secondary notes of leather, tobacco, and cedar emerge, along with hints of spices like clove, cinnamon, and a faint touch of anise. There is also a mineral undertone, reflecting the sandstone and marl soils of Modigliana.
