The Dalmore Constellation Collection unites a spectrum of exceptional and rare single malt scotch whisky vintages distilled in our iconic Highland distillery between 1964 and 1992.

1991 Cask 1 expression was aged in American White Oak, Kentucky Bourbon barrel (for 11 years), Lepanto 15yo Brandy cask (for 6 years) and Distillery run Bourbon barrel (for 3 years) resulting in taste of brandy grapefruit, banana fritters, crushed almonds and Gazpacho Andaluz, with fresh layers of sultanas, caramel fudge, fig cake and mulled wine.
