Notes of lemongrass, mango, tangerine, gooseberry, with a steely crispness, nice tropical fullness, depth and a complex long finish. My favorite white wine, this Sauvignon Blanc pairs with ceviche and hot summer days hanging out by the lake.
This nicely polished and full-bodied wine tastes ripe but has lively acidity to keep it balanced. Tangy citrus notes blend with subtle fig and minerals.
