ROSSO PICENO DOCG 2019

Calcareous and mineral-heavy clay soil, rich in microelements. The grapes harvested, strictly by hand in the early hours of dawn, are transported to the cellar where the bunches are selected one by one to begin the winemaking process. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with a good tannic texture well supported by the sensation of alcohol. Montepulciano 60%, Sangiovese 40%. Intense ruby red with violet reflections tending to garnet. It can be defined as a charismatic and distinct wine.

 Pairs well with both white and red, grilled meats, lamb and pork or game; excellent with all aged cheeses.
