IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
While most producers make just one type of wine, Regis Bouvier is noted for making whites, rosés and reds from the village of Marsannay, with whites being fairly uncommon. The Clos Du Roy Blanc comes from a tiny .5 ha vineyard. Lightly creamy with Anjou pear, citrus, fruit blossoms, orange peel, minerality and acidity.
The wine is medium-bodied with just a touch of oak and all of the character expected from single-vineyard white Burgundy.
