Nose
The nose has notes of fine herbs, wild flowers and ripe fruits. Cool and complex.
Mouth
The palate is balanced in terms of maturity, oak and acidity. We are facing a very fresh white with a light tannic structure, fine and very alive.
Operating temperature
Between 10 and 12ºC.

Contador elaborates since 2007 the white version of Preacher  using for it the native Viura along with Garnacha Blanca and Malvasía . The grapes come from a dozen different farms located between the municipalities of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Briones. White with fresh aging and at the same time with structure. Fine and very alive.
