his blend of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon and 32% Malbec has ripe, raisiny aromas, with some greenness on the nose. It's rough, acidic and tartaric in feel, with plum and prune flavors that grow oaky and peppery as it unwinds, with light grassy hints on the finish.
Pascual Toso Finca Pedregal is a special blend of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon and the maximum expression of a two single vineyards that the Toso family planted in 1950.Aged in oak barrels for 18 months (Cabernet Sauvignon in American oak and Malbec in French) is an intense, elegant, smooth, refined wine and very pleasant memory in the mouth due to its complexity, firm tannins and sweet.
