Odinstal Riesling 'Basalt' 2018 2018

A delicate, light note of pome fruit unfolds only slowly. A hint of sloe, coriander seed and a little pencil resonate. Tangerine skin and some lime zest can also be detected. With increasing oxygenation a mealy apple spreads more and the dark, mysterious impression deepens.

On the palate, it is initially characterized by an aromatic clarity. In contrast, there is a creaminess that spreads across the palate. However, with a delicate sugar tail, this suits the Palatinate very well.
