Deep ruby red with bright highlights…forthrightly and fruitily intense, initial sensations of sour black cherry and cherry giving way to pleasantly earthy notes of damp soil…its characteristic fruity freshness makes Pelisa eminently quaffable…its fresh, fruity vein makes this wine an ideal accompaniment to grilled meats, especially pork chops and sausage.

Smell: the nose expresses without hesitation its fruity intensity, which sees in the foreground the scents of black cherry and cherry, while in a second phase appear pleasantly scratchy notes of wet earth. 
Taste: on the palate the Pelisa does not offer great structure and persistence, but it shines for its qualities of fruity freshness that are at the base of its ease of drinking and its "charm".
