Médoc

The wines produced are simple, light but flavoursome wines that do not need long to age, and are affordable.

With few exceptions there is only red wine produced, using a majority of Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, and a small amount produced with Cabernet Franc.

Concentrated, powerful, deep and round at the same time, the wine, of modern style, benefits from the rigorous selections and the full maturity of the grapes. 

Pair with Roast duck, Capon, Chicken with onions, Goshawks, Prime Rib, Fake Beef Fillet, Rosbif, Shoulder of lamb, Madeira Ham, Roast Veal
