This wine presents itself at the sight of a deep ruby red color that turns purplish; the nose expresses notes of dark fruit, black cherries and plums and tertiary hints of coal, humus and undergrowth.

The sip is of great juice, powerful and warm but balanced by a good flavor. Of good persistence. Excellent in combination with red meat, game and aged cheeses.
