The Benjamin Taillandier estate is located in the Languedoc in Caunes-Minervois. Son of a doctor, it is therefore for the love of wine that he embarked on a BTS viticulture-Oenology in 2002.
Then, Benjamin Taillandier left to work in a few areas such as at Jean-Baptiste Senat, then at the Château de Cransac (Fronton) as head oenologist for 4 years. With courage and the advice of his friend Jean-Baptiste Senat, Benjamin bought a few hectares of old Carignan and Syrah.
The estate has grown little by little and now has 13 hectares of vines in organic farming. His motivation: to produce racy, juicy, chemical-free and damn sincere Languedoc wines.
