Tradition wines are defined by their delicate fruit aromas that gracefully express the true identity of each grape variety. In the wine's youth, the Tradition range pairs beautifully with various cuisines, however, more complex notes develop after three to five years of bottle aging to reveal the true expression of the grape variety.
A shy nose reveals very little but the palate of this wine offers mellow, ripe, yellow pear spread across vivid freshness on a properly dry body. It shows a little alcoholic warmth but once this wine is paired with food, its subtlety will play out. Gentle gingerbread spices play in the backgound.
