This is an orange wine made from the wonderfully floral Moscatel (Moscato) grape. Many will have tried the lightly sweet styles of sparkling made from this variety in Italy. This is a different beast.
It spends two weeks on skins, then two months in steel tanks, finally being finished in oak for 3 or 4 months before bottling.
