Juve Y Camps Cava Brut Nature Reserva de la Familia 2015

The nose is generous, fruity and elegant, rich and complex from the long aging in bottle. On the palate it is quite dry, soft and round with a long and most exquisite finish.

A great Spanish Cava that is decidedly fresh, clean wine with a delicate bead on the palate. Chilled, it makes for a great before dinner drink and works especially well with smoked fish.
